Return Policy

We hope you love your purchases from Paisley Lane Boutique! However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for return, items must be in perfect condition. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags still attached.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shoppaisleylaneboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
